Lucknow: Emphasising balanced and planned development, Lucknow North MLA Neeraj Bora on Thursday inaugurated a series of infrastructure projects across several wards in his constituency area. The initiatives include road construction, drainage systems, and other essential civic amenities aimed at improving urban living conditions.
Local residents welcomed the projects and expressed appreciation for the continuous development work being undertaken in the area. Addressing gatherings at multiple sites, Dr. Bora stated that all wards in Lucknow North are witnessing equitable and systematic growth. He added that while several projects have already been completed, many others are in the pipeline and will begin soon.
Highlighting broader progress, he said that sectors such as healthcare, drinking water, education, drainage, bridge construction, sports, and employment have seen significant advancements. He also credited the support of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and local MP and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh for enabling these development initiatives.
Among the projects launched, Dr. Bora initiated road resurfacing work around a park in Manohar Nagar Colony in Mallahi Tola Ward. In the Nagariya Thakurganj Ghass Mandi area, he performed the groundbreaking ceremony for road and drainage construction from Hindustan Electric to the residence of Sanjay Chaurasia.
Further works include road and drainage construction from Dak Khana Mod via Anuj Kanak’s house to Girija Shankar Sonkar’s residence. In Kadam Rasul Ward, similar works were launched near the residence of Sagir Khan.
In Faizullaganj Second Ward’s Keshav Nagar area, interlocking work on both sides of the road from a cricket academy to the houses of Sunil Singh and Satish Yadav was also inaugurated. Additional projects in Keshav Nagar and Prabhatpuram Colony include road and drainage construction near key residential and commercial points.
The events were attended by several public representatives and local leaders, including corporators, party officials, and residents, reflecting strong community participation in the development initiatives.
Dr. Bora reiterated his commitment to ensuring inclusive growth and modern infrastructure across Lucknow North, stating that such projects will continue to enhance the quality of life for residents.
